Meet Wesley, the AI employee who runs with your company.
Wesley oversees the whole business, runs a team of AI agents, and helps every person with their own work. It works in Slack, in Cadrillo and on your desktop, and it asks before anything leaves the building.
Cadrillo is in a gated beta. Sign in with Google and a person opens your workspace by hand.

@Wesley what did Meridian say about pricing on Tuesday’s call?
Integrations
Wesley works where your team already works.
Wesley works inside the tools you already pay for. Ask in Slack. Wesley does the work in the apps behind it.
Wesley lives in Slack
Tag Wesley in any channel it is invited to, or send it a direct message. It answers in the thread, with the source, and does the work.

What Wesley runs
More than a Slack assistant.
Wesley works at three levels.
Wesley reads the whole company record: every message, call, ticket and deal. It keeps the tasks ranked, checks open work against what actually happened, and keeps the dashboards live.
It tracks every promise made in Slack and in meetings, follows up, and escalates what stalls.

Behind Wesley is a team of AI employees with their own jobs. Wesley hands each piece of work to the one who does it best and brings the result back to you.
Every employee gets their own Wesley. It knows how they like to work, keeps their notes private, and answers with the company’s facts.
Skills
What Wesley does in Slack today.
Wesley files the task, drafts the document and opens the pull request, in the thread where you asked.
Finds what the company knows Tag it in a channel or a direct message
For example: Do we have anything on refund rules for annual plans? Open this Slack link and tell me what was decided. What did we say about pricing in #sales last week?

Your Wesley
Your company’s voice. Your own Wesley.
Company
Your company
Your company sets the direction. Wesley carries your company’s rules and your department’s direction into every answer.
A persona can change Wesley’s tone. It never changes the facts. Everyone gets the same numbers.
On every answer, in this order
My Wesley
On day one Wesley asks each person how they like to work, and keeps the answers. What you tell Wesley about yourself stays yours. Company facts are shared.

Mara’s rule: lead with the number
$18k. Meridian Labs is at the proposal stage.
Same facts for everyone. Each person gets them their own way.

Agent orchestration
A team of AI employees on your work.
Agent orchestration is how a team of AI employees shares one job. Each one has a name, a role and the tools for it. Wesley decides who takes which part. They work at the same time and check each other’s findings. Then you get one answer that says who did what.
Wesley’s team
Named AI employees with set jobs. After the answer they keep working.
Sub-agents
Temporary copies of one agent. Each brings back one piece, then it is gone.
The app-building team inside Cadrillo, as it runs today.
How the team answers
A lead takes your question.
The teammates who know the area look into it at the same time.
A teammate with something to add raises its hand. One outside the conversation knocks first, and you decide whether to let it in.
The lead gives you one answer and says which teammate found what.
Teammates pass work to each other on a shared board, and keep working after the answer.
The rules at the table
A teammate speaks up only when it can quote something a person said.
Silence is recorded as a decision.
Teammates only propose. You decide what changes.
How a team differs from sub-agents
Wesley still sends out quick helpers when a job only needs legwork. Work that needs an owner goes to the team.

Cadrillo Voice
Cadrillo Voice puts Wesley on your desktop .
The desktop app for Mac and Windows. It types what you say, turns your meetings into notes and tasks, and points at the next step on your screen.
Hold a key and talk. The words land where your cursor is, in any app: email, Slack, a document, a search bar.
Option and Space on a Mac, Ctrl and Space on Windows. Tap twice to talk hands-free. A shared dictionary keeps your team’s words spelled right.
Meetings record from your own machine, with no bot in the call. The recap is written and every action item lands on its owner’s board.
Voice notices a call app take the microphone and offers to record. It stops on its own 12 seconds after the call ends. Triple-click the key and say a task: five seconds later it is on their board.
Ask out loud and Wesley looks at your screen, says the next step and rings the spot. Show me points once. Teach me walks you through, step by step.
It only points: it never clicks or types for you. It asks before it looks at your screen.
In testing on Mac. Not in the public download yet.

How it works
Every job runs on the same loop .
Each AI employee has a job, the tools for it and a record of what it did. When it needs you, it stops and asks.
Reads
It reads what is going on: the thread, the record, the tools.
Plans
It picks the next step and the teammate for it.
Acts
It does the work in the apps your team already uses.
Checks
It checks the result against the source before it answers.
Asks
When it needs you, it stops and asks.
Getting an agent live
Six steps from the first job to a routine you trust.
Pick the job
One outcome, one owner and a clear finish line.
Connect the tools
Wesley signs in to the apps your team already uses.
Set the rules
Write down what it may do alone and what needs your yes.
Practice on real work
It drafts, and you approve each action while it learns.
Let it run
Steps you trust become routines on a schedule.
Read the scoreboard
The work it closed, what it cost and where it was wrong.
Companies are set up with us on a live call.
Your stack
Wesley works in the apps you already have.
You approve
Wesley asks before it acts.
Every action has a setting. Wesley can read it, draft it, do it after your yes, or do it alone.

Alden Text Dana that the revised proposal is on its way and ask if Friday at 2 works.
Wesley read the thread, the call notes and Dana’s contact card. Nothing written yet.
Before Wesley calls, texts or emails anyone, it shows you the message. It sends only after you say go.
Website changes go live only when you type confirm. You can undo them the same way.
Code arrives as a pull request. It merges only when a person on your team confirms.
Draft agreements go to your named approvers. Nothing is sent without one of them.
You set who can do what, by company, department and person.
Secure by design
Your keys stay sealed .
Wesley runs on servers we operate. The keys, the secrets and the security audit trail are held separately in AWS.
Secrets sealed with AWS KMS
Your connection secrets, such as API keys and access tokens, are sealed with AWS Key Management Service and bound to your company. They cannot be opened for any other company.
Keys and audit trail kept apart
Your own database
Your record lives in your workspace’s own database, split by tenant. Reads are refused by default unless the signed-in person holds that tenant.
No password to steal
Sign in with Google: Wesley never sees your Google password. Where an account still has a password, only a salted one-way hash is stored.
Encrypted backups, every day
Backups run every day, are encrypted at rest in AWS, and are copied to a second AWS region.
Private stays private
A mailbox is readable by its owner. What you tell Wesley about yourself stays yours, and a note about a colleague is never shown to them.
Every tool call on the record
Every tool Wesley uses is logged with who asked for it. Remove someone from the roster and their sign-in stops everywhere at once.
Never trained for anyone else
Your workspace’s record answers your workspace’s questions. Nothing from your tenant is trained into anything served to another customer.
Companies that need it can have their own server, their own AWS KMS key, and an encrypted disk whose key is released only at start-up.

Promises this week
Every promise Wesley tracks has a status. Leaders see what is open, what slipped and what closed this week.
Runs on Cadrillo
Wesley oversees all of Cadrillo .
Cadrillo is the operating system for the company: tasks, people, dashboards and chat on one record. Wesley watches every part of it.
Task management
Each person’s short list of what matters. Wesley pulls the work in from Slack, mail, calls and voice, ranks it every 15 minutes, checks it against what happened, and closes it with a quote.
Employee management
The one place the team is managed: live presence, workload, time off, timesheets, end-of-day reports and a weekly scorecard per person. Wesley drafts the one-to-one.
Dashboards
Every workspace’s live business numbers on boards, each shared with the people who should see it. Ask Wesley for a new one and it builds it from real data.
Chat
Ask in the app or in Slack. Before the answer you see the tools it used and what it read, then the answer with the line it rests on.
